Cultural Fair 2024

Our Primary Cultural Fair 2024 was held in December 2024, and it was a tremendous success! Our primary students put in remarkable effort rehearsing their performances, while our Year 6 students worked diligently on their projects to share their knowledge of the diverse cultures of various countries with our guests. For this event, 50% of proceeds will be donated to SCMP Operation Santa Claus! while the other 50% to Outdoor STEM Play Resources for Primary. @opsantahk

We would like to express our sincere congratulations to everyone involved in making the Primary Cultural Fair 2024 a huge success. The event was a fantastic showcase of the diverse cultures and talents within our KIS community, and we are incredibly proud to have been part of this learning journey.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms Rosemary van Heerden for leading the event, the Year 6 team for facilitating the student projects, and Ms Niki Nel for the wonderful student performances via the Music Curriculum. We also want to thank the Fair Committee for their support in organising and planning the event, our teachers for their supervision and running of activities, our Facility Team for their logistic support. Additionally, we would like to thank Ms. Samia for her all-round support.

Most importantly, we are so grateful to PIPTA and our parents for their unwavering support , it truly means so much to the children! PIPTA’s contributions not only enhanced the overall experience of the fair but also underscored the importance of cultural relevance and community togetherness within the school. The involvement of PIPTA has been instrumental in creating a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates diversity and fosters connections among students, parents, and staff. A heartfelt thank you goes out to PIPTA and our parent volunteers for their dedication and efforts in making this event a resounding success.
