Please review the attached list of activities on offer and assist your son/daughter in making first, second and third choices for the activities they wish to participate in this term. While I will do my best to accommodate all students with their first choice of activity, all activities have a maximum number and students will be allocated places on a first-come, first-served basis.

The attached form should be returned to the homeroom teacher by 14th September so that lists can be finalised for the first day of activities. Please ensure that the form is fully completed with all the choices written clearly (forms with only a first choice will not be accepted).

Additionally, I am pleased to announce that we are looking into expanding our ECA program this year with the help of outside agencies. A letter will be sent out in the coming weeks concerning the details of these new after school activities.

Thank you for helping to make these choices and I trust that your son/daughter gets the most out of their extra curricular activity this term.

Sincerely,
Mr. Wattie Chan
(Activities Coordinator)
